4. SMS Text Messaging — A2P Consent & Disclosures

When you provide a mobile number and affirmatively check the SMS opt-in box on our forms, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Art by Jaricco related to your inquiry and collector communications. This consent is separate and optional — it is never a condition of any purchase or inquiry, and you may decline without consequence.

By opting in, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Purpose of messages. Messages may include responses to your inquiry, availability notices, and notices about new or closing works in the Eleanor Series.
• Message frequency. Frequency varies; we send messages only as needed to serve the purposes above and do not send recurring automated marketing blasts.
• No auto-renewal or subscription. SMS messages are not a subscription and there is no recurring charge. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Opt out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for help or contact the studio by email.
• Carriers supported. We send messages through providers that support major United States wireless carriers; delivery to other carriers is not guaranteed.
• These Terms apply. SMS use is also subject to our Terms of Service.

We do not sell or rent your mobile number or SMS consent to third parties for marketing.

5. Sharing of Information

We share information only as necessary to operate the studio — for example, with a shipping or payment provider to fulfill a sale, with the platforms and services we use to manage inquiries and the VIP list, and when required by law. Our service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We retain inquiry and collector information for as long as needed to respond to you, complete a sale, maintain the certificate of authenticity, and comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations, and thereafter as needed for the studio's business records.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect messages sent before we process the request. Some rights may be subject to legal exceptions.
