Jaricco — discipline as a kind of joy.

Jaricco is a Southern California painter working in geometric pop art — hard-edge compositions built from blocks of color, finished with antique gold leaf and the occasional single, decisive shape.

The work comes out of a studio practice built on repetition and restraint: the same handful of pigments, the same hand-cut edges, the same refusal to make a print. Every painting is one-of-one and made entirely by hand.

The Eleanor Series is the first complete run — twenty paintings, numbered 01 to 20, each titled and signed on the reverse. When the final painting sells, the series closes for good.
